I have renesas usb 3.0 and before the unplug trick, I tried installing every driver from the internet to no avail. could someone point me to the right name for the driver i need to install. i might have installed the wrong drivers. had to reinstall windows because i couldnt get into windows due to keyboard and mouse not working with current driver. couldnt get back into windows even in safemode. i have tried to install drivers from amd chipset drivers and when i restarted i could not use usb keyboard or mouse.
i noticed i have microsoft drivers installed for device amd usb 3.0 extensible host controller.
